We started out not knowing where we wanted to go and needed suggestions and she provided us with detailed help through the entire lifecycle of the process. She helped us choose a location, pick a resort, overcome some issues from the resort’s end and switch countries again and find the right resort for a second time and made sure that we were upgraded to a room of equal level in the new country.
